Understand....

...carries a very heavy meaning. E.g : When someone says to you, "I don't like so & so" and you replied "I understand", do you think that you could really feel the same way as the person talking to you. I don't think so. Emotion is something that is unique to oneself and is not something that can be shared, or at least not on the same level. Therefore, if you ever thought that you really understood someone, you'd best think again.
